Before founding Waypoint Strategies, I spent over a decade in leadership roles across the workforce and nonprofit sectors, specializing in business development, program ideation, and community engagement. In addition to leading Waypoint Strategies, I serve as the Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing at the Machinists Institute, where I work daily to expand workforce training, strengthen industry partnerships, and build sustainable career pathways across the Western US.My work focuses on designing and implementing new initiatives from the ground up, establishing the frameworks, operational rhythms, and partnerships needed to make programs run smoothly. I develop and deliver training, mentorship models, and syllabi focused on student re-engagement, experiential education, and work-based learning. I bridge the gap between classrooms and industry, helping schools and organizations build high-impact career pathways without getting bogged down in administrative friction.I am deeply invested in public service throughout Southwest Washington, serving on the Board of Directors for Leadership Clark County (Class of ’22) and as Vice President of the NW Neighborhood Association in Vancouver. I also serve on advisory committees with the Washougal and Evergreen School Districts and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. In recognition of this commitment to public service, I was honored with the 2023 General George C. Marshall Leadership Award.

CTE Development & CRLE Partnership
Turnkey Capacity for Schools & Districts:In partnership with experienced CTE administrative leadership, Waypoint Strategies provides an outsourced CTE and Career-Related Learning department:
• Recruiting and coordinating industry advisory committees and business partners.
• Facilitating guest panels, site visits, mock interviews, and student internships.
• Supporting CTE reporting, audit readiness, syllabus alignment, and teacher professional development.
